What has become one the World’s largest Salsa Dance congresses began at the grassroots level in 2001 for aficionados of Latin music and dance and has grown into not just a dance weekend but a huge cultural phenomenon.

Last year’s congress drew more than 7,000 people from all over the U.S. as well as over 10 different countries, all here to enjoy and celebrate Latin life with live music, food, dance performances and workshops. National media, newspapers and magazines have all documented the extraordinary event that the SF Bay Area International Salsa Congress has become.
